   I've used WatchThemLive on my own site and several clients' sites for my company

   I've used WatchThemLive on my own site and several clients' sites for my company. Personally I really like the replay feature that you can just sit there all day watching the user's behavior on your site and improve the UX on the site by analyzing them. The dashboard interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the heatmap feature is clear and accurate.

   I have been using WatchThemLive for the third year now. It has always helped me to understand what my users want and discover their behavioral and navigating patterns. Using this tool, I didn’t have to rely on guesswork or second-handed data. I could make any changes to my website based on actual data which is gathered directly from my users.

• What is the most overpriced marketing tech on the market?
