I think Rocket.net is a bit ahead of cloudways. Their cloudflare enterprise integration is a bit better and cheaper for the user (both APO and Agro Smart Routing is included in the price). If you want to go super cheap, Blogger is still free (owned by Google now) and I think they allow a custom CNAME so you can attach it to your domain. ---------- Wordpress (in the cloud) doesn't require setup, since it's all hosted for you.
