I actually think cloudflare is the problem here. I found this on kinsta.com:. Source: 11 months ago
If you are not limited by budget, go with something like Kinsta (https://kinsta.com/). Else, check out Hustly (https://hustly.website/). Both have servers in the US and have Nginx servers. If you are moving from Bluehost or similar, both would be a significant upgrades in terms of performance, support and most things that matter. Source: about 1 year ago
I have been running G Suite since 2008 for my family and some smaller ventures I've had. No problems. This week, I migrated both web and email servers for our non-profit, the npsnj.org. The web is fine, it's at kinsta.com, but we are having trouble with the e-mail at Google Workspace. Source: over 1 year ago

I'm using rocket.net which seem pretty good so far. Source: 11 months ago
And the cloudflare integration of rocket.net is just faster see Tom Dupuis Post (the guy you mentioned earlier): https://onlinemediamasters.com/rocket-net-vs-cloudways/. Source: about 1 year ago
I think Rocket.net is a bit ahead of cloudways. Their cloudflare enterprise integration is a bit better and cheaper for the user (both APO and Agro Smart Routing is included in the price). Tom Dupuis, the guy you quoted switched from cloudways to rocket.net and has a lot of in depth blog posts up comparing both. Source: about 1 year ago
Does NixiHost have litespeed? I saw that I can get a semi dedicated service that is cheaper then rocket.net (luckily I'm on 1$ trial period)... Source: about 1 year ago
