I'm going through the textbook "Beginning Perl" located at perl.org, and I'm having a confuse with one of the example questions. I'm supposed to determine the order of operations for 26 + 3 ^ 4 * 2. According to the precedence table in the textbook, + and * come before ^. So I think the answer should be ((26 + 3) ^ (4 * 2)), but the book says the answer is 26 + (3 ^ (4 * 2)). Iโm ๐ like everyone else about writing directly into the AO3 editor (donโt know about Wattpad, does that autosave?) โ even a browser-based alternative that autosaves like online notepad app, ompad, zenpen or an etherpad would be safer for writing (not for storing drafts ofc). Maybe if you look for something very clean with cloud storage + autosave you could try Dropbox Paper. Or Focuswriter might be a great and... Source: about 4 years ago
