If you have an issue with say a blue which is too light you can usually darken it, whilst still keeping the overall colour pallet. This won't work with colours like green, orange or gold as they don't darken nicely. Looks useful for gradients. Strange that nobody mentions Paletton. It's my go to tool when picking colors: https://paletton.com/ You start with the base, and then also get gradients to adjacent colors in the palette. For example I can access eclipse.org in chrome without issue. I'm seeing my PA cert when I check it's trusted. However when I run the eclipse installer it fails which I suspect is because of the decryption. I'm seeing this log in the decryption log both before and after installing the IA cert and when both using the installer or browsing the site. Source: about 3 years ago
