Hello, I have an Xfinity tg1682g router/modem combo and it requires you to portforward through the xfinity app, which I did. I have opened ports 27014-27017 tcp/udp, and even used the site portchecker.co to see if my port is open, and it says yes. I find it unusual that you have a home connection over 4G with a public IP that is normally routeble. Usually over mobile you get a private IP. If you open ports on your IP public can you confirm that they are infact open? You can use something like https://portchecker.co/ to check that.
