Onevyu — Turn DMs Into Paying Clients Most coaches, consultants, and agencies don't lose deals because they're bad at selling. They lose them because the sale happens across four apps that don't talk to each other. A prospect DMs you on Instagram. You scope the work on WhatsApp. You send a...

  • Comprehensive Repository Analysis
git-sizer analyzes many different dimensions of a Git repository including commit count, tree size, blob size, history depth, and reference counts, providing a holistic view of repository health and potential scaling issues.
  • Easy to Use
The tool is simple to run with minimal setup—just execute it within a git repository—and it produces clear, human-readable output that highlights potential problem areas without requiring complex configuration.
  • Identifies Performance Bottlenecks
It helps identify specific issues that could degrade Git performance, such as excessively large blobs, deep history, large trees, or too many references, which is valuable before migrating or scaling repositories.
  • Open Source and Maintained by GitHub
Being an official GitHub project, it benefits from credibility, community trust, and ongoing maintenance, and it is well documented with clear explanations of what each metric means.
  • Useful for Pre-Migration Checks
It's particularly helpful for teams migrating repositories to new platforms or consolidating repos, as it flags potential issues that could cause problems during migration or with hosting providers' limits.

Possible disadvantages

  • No Automatic Remediation
git-sizer only identifies and reports issues but does not offer any built-in tools or automated processes to fix problems like large blobs or excessive history depth—users must use separate tools like BFG Repo-Cleaner or git-filter-repo.
  • Output Can Be Overwhelming for Beginners
While detailed, the output includes many metrics and threshold levels that may be confusing for users unfamiliar with Git internals, requiring some learning curve to fully interpret results.
  • Limited to Local Analysis
The tool analyzes a local clone of the repository, so it requires users to have a full local copy of the repo (or at least enough history) to get accurate results, which can be time-consuming for very large repositories.
  • No Real-Time Monitoring
It functions as a one-time analysis tool rather than providing continuous or real-time monitoring of repository health, requiring manual reruns to track changes over time.
  • Command-Line Only Interface
The tool lacks a graphical user interface, which may be less accessible for users who prefer visual dashboards or are less comfortable with command-line tools.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Onevyu and git-sizer.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Onevyu's answer

Frontend: React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS Backend & database: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Edge Functions, Row Level Security) Messaging integrations: Official Meta APIs (WhatsApp Business, Instagram Business, Facebook Page) Payments: Paddle (subscriptions and billing) AI: Google Gemini for reply drafting and text polish Hosting: Vercel (web app) with Next.js for static delivery and API routes Email: Resend for transactional email Built as a modern, secure SaaS with official API integrations — not browser automation or scraping.

What makes your product unique?

Onevyu's answer

Onevyu is built DM-first — not an email-first CRM with social bolted on. Coaches and consultants sell through Instagram and WhatsApp; Onevyu treats that conversation as the center of the client record, not an afterthought.

Every WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook thread connects to one profile with pipeline stage, proposals, invoices, and follow-ups in the same workspace. You don’t log DMs manually, rebuild proposals in Google Docs, or chase payments in a separate app.

Unlike chatbot tools, Onevyu is for human-led, high-ticket sales where you close personally — with structure behind you. Unlike agency platforms , it’s focused and affordable ($29/month) for solo coaches and small teams, not a 50-feature stack you’ll never finish configuring.

What's the story behind your product?

Onevyu's answer

Most CRMs assume leads come from landing pages and email sequences. But for thousands of coaches and consultants, the sale starts with: “Hey, I saw your story — I’m interested in your program.”

The founder saw the same pattern repeatedly: talented coaches losing enrollments not because they couldn’t sell, but because conversations lived in Instagram, follow-ups in WhatsApp, proposals in Google Docs, and invoices somewhere else. Deals died in the gaps between apps.

Onevyu was built to be the missing layer — a client OS where the DM is the source of truth, and everything else (pipeline, proposals, payments, follow-ups) connects to that thread.

The mission is simple: help service professionals turn DMs into paying clients without hiring an ops team or learning an agency-grade software stack.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Onevyu's answer

Onevyu is an early-stage product serving founding coaches and consultants globally. We don’t list named enterprise logos yet — our users are independent operators building coaching, consulting, and agency practices.

Typical early customers include:

  • Solo business coaches selling 1:1 programs through Instagram DMs
  • Life coaches managing discovery-to-enrollment on WhatsApp
  • Independent consultants running proposals and invoicing from one workspace
  • Small service agencies unifying client conversations across Meta channels
  • Freelancers replacing spreadsheets with a proper DM-first pipeline We’re transparent about being early — and focused on earning trust one enrolled client at a time, not inflating a customer list.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Onevyu's answer

Choose Onevyu if your revenue starts in DMs, not in a landing-page form or a cold-email sequence. HubSpot and Pipedrive are strong CRMs, but they were built for marketing teams and B2B sales — Instagram and WhatsApp are add-ons, not the core workflow. GoHighLevel packs enormous value for agencies, but solo coaches and small teams end up paying for funnels, sub-accounts, and complexity they never use. ManyChat excels at automated comment-to-DM flows, but it was never designed to run a full client relationship — no real pipeline, no branded proposals, no invoicing on the same record. Newer DM-native tools like SetSmart and Inflowave solve similar problems, but often at $99–149 per month and with a heavier focus on AI replacing the human conversation. Onevyu sits in the sweet spot: a DM-first client OS that unifies WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook inbox with pipeline, proposals, and invoicing on one profile — for $29 per month, with a 5-day free trial and no credit card required. You keep selling personally, the way high-ticket coaching demands; Onevyu removes the chaos of juggling four apps and losing deals to missed follow-ups. If spreadsheets are your other “competitor,” the math is simple — one recovered enrollment pays for years of software. Onevyu is for the coach or consultant who closes in-thread and needs one calm workspace to run the business behind every conversation.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Onevyu's answer

Primary audience: Coaches, consultants, freelancers, and small agencies who sell high-touch services through Instagram DMs and WhatsApp — not through cold email or enterprise sales teams.

Typical user:

  • Life coaches, business coaches, executive coaches
  • Independent consultants and fractional operators
  • Course creators and service providers closing in DMs
  • Solo operators or teams of 1–5 who are simultaneously sales, ops, and finance Not for: Large B2B sales floors, businesses that only use email, or agencies that need white-label funnel builders.

Geography: Global — strong fit anywhere WhatsApp and Instagram are primary sales channels (US, UK, EU, India, Middle East, LATAM).
