For how to actively distribute the newsletters if you go the email route thereโs several services (unless youโre cool with just whacking everyoneโs email into a BCC list and sending manually, of course) you might find Tiny Letter useful. Itโs 100% free and intended for exactly this sort of content and handles important things like unsubscribe functionality. That said is does seem to require a postal address that...
