Apply Tracker's answer:
Apply Tracker builds ATS-optimized resumes for free, with no signup required to try. AI edits are scoped per-section (editing your Experience only touches Experience, never silently rewrites your whole CV), and you can import an existing resume from a PDF, pasted LinkedIn text, or your personal website URL. Free, no subscription, no watermarks, no paywalled downloads No account needed to try the builder AI edits are precise and scoped, not a black-box full rewrite Genuine multi-language support, not just an English tool with translated UI chrome Instant ATS compatibility scoring with concrete fix suggestions
Apply Tracker's answer:
Job seekers who need an ATS-friendly resume fast — students, career switchers, and professionals applying across multiple roles/languages who want AI help without paying for it.
Apply Tracker's answer:
I built Apply Tracker while job hunting myself. Every application meant tailoring my resume to a different job description, and I kept getting silently rejected by ATS systems without knowing why. The tools I found were either locked behind a paywall, forced you to sign up before showing anything, or rewrote my entire resume when I just needed one section fixed. So I built the tool I actually needed: free, no signup required to try, with AI that edits only what you ask it to and tells you exactly what's hurting your ATS score. What started as solving my own job search turned into a tool for anyone in the same position.

It used to be (years if not decades ago) that a job description posted to ba.jobs.offered or the fledgling monster.com was probably a pretty fair take on what was needed for the job, and it was often written by the hiring manager with input from their team. Nowdays it's more likely a piece of corporate boilerplate assembled by HR, passed along to 3rd party recruiters, with some vague input from the hiring manager... Source: about 3 years ago

All experience is valuable. You have to constantly be learning. You don't even know right now, what you don't know. You probably have no idea of what it takes to be an assistant editor - even though you have been doing completed videos for your non profit. Your next step is to find video companies in your area (every state has a film commission, they all have a film production directory) - look at Production... Source: about 3 years ago
