Can anyone help me out? - If you want a native encrypted cloud storage, one of the better priced ones is Mega. The free tier gives you up to 20GB to use. Here's a referral link if you want extra free storage a well. It's still E2EE, but not open-sourced. They do, however, have an audit on their encryption and source codes. Self hosted Gitlab instance is an option. The only cost is hosting (personally I am using hetzner.com CPX31 instance, 16โฌ for 160GB a month but you can add 1TB volume for 45โฌ a month if you need more space). Just keep in mind that Gitlab needs about 8GB RAM to work correctly (it crashes on 2 and is only kinda stable on 4). You can also use an older computer or a NAS if you prefer to go that route.
