If you're not too far from Europe* then Koofr might come pretty close to your idea. 1TB "lifetime" 160 US$ ATM (less if you find a coupon they accept at checkout, many generic Stacksocial-Codes worked in the past). You can remap the keys so that "Special: Power" key button does nothing.. Or even to the original function (on my keyboard it would mean Volume Down would be F12 instead).
