ATNSoft keymanager allows you to make multiple key shortcuts easily, with different profiles and even application specific key commands (meaning the key combo will only work while a specific application you set it to e active window or running). You can remap the keys so that "Special: Power" key button does nothing.. Or even to the original function (on my keyboard it would mean Volume Down would be F12 instead).
