If you're not too far from Europe* then Koofr might come pretty close to your idea. 1TB "lifetime" 160 US$ ATM (less if you find a coupon they accept at checkout, many generic Stacksocial-Codes worked in the past). But after I've tried jetoctopus it completely changed my approach to on-page optimization, technical SEO in general, and Log file analysis in particular.
