Immich. I have been working to move away from google photos. Immich is a great open source alternative. With geotagging and machine learning to identify faces all running locally. Any getsitecontrol.com alternatives that can be recommended. Granted it is very easy to use and we use it simply to put up banners and some limited marketing stuff. But $45/month($1740/year) for 5 sites is limiting. That can't be the norm. Source: over 3 years ago
