NoteOCR is an AI-powered document digitization platform specializing in high-accuracy conversion of complex handwritten notes and cursive scripts into structured digital formats.
While traditional OCR tools often fail with irregular handwriting or lose the original page layout, NoteOCR uses advanced neural recognition to reconstruct your documents exactly as they appeared on paper.
Core Capabilities:
Handwriting-to-Word: Seamlessly transform messy cursive or printed notes into fully formatted .docx files, preserving headers, indents, and bullet points.
Handwriting-to-Excel: Extract handwritten table data directly into structured .xlsx spreadsheets, eliminating hours of manual data entry.
Intelligent Layout Retention: Our engine understands the geometry of your page, ensuring that converted documents are "ready to use" without heavy reformatting.
Multi-Language Support: High-precision recognition for 30+ global languages and various handwriting styles.
Comprehensive Online Document Editor: Stop jumping between apps. Once your handwriting is converted, you can refine, format, and perfect your text inside our native Online Document Editor. It works just like a professional word processor, allowing you to fix any manual handwriting quirks and style your document before exporting.
Built-in PDF Document Editor Manage your digitized archives with our PDF Editor. Annotate, highlight, and modify your converted PDF files directly. Whether you need to sign a form you just digitized or redact sensitive information from a scan, NoteOCR gives you full control over your PDF output.
Universal Cloud Access & Storage: Your workspace follows you everywhere. All converted and edited documents are securely saved to your NoteOCR Cloud account.
Access Anywhere: Start a scan on your phone, edit the text on your laptop, and present the final PDF from a tablet.

NoteOCR's answer:
Unlike standard OCR tools that only provide a text "dump," NoteOCR specializes in Document Reconstruction. It uses a sophisticated AI engine that recognizes the geometry of a page, allowing it to preserve the original formatting including headers, indents, and complex table structures directly into editable Word and Excel files. This removes the need for manual reformatting after conversion.
NoteOCR's answer:
NoteOCR ease the gap between physical ink and digital productivity with a 99.2% accuracy rate on difficult cursive and messy handwriting. While competitors often struggle with non-standard scripts, NoteOCR provides an integrated Online Document Workspace. This allows users to not only convert but also edit, annotate, and securely store their documents in the cloud for access across all devices, all within a single interface.
NoteOCR's answer:
Our primary audience consists of knowledge workers and students who deal with high volumes of handwritten data. This includes researchers digitizing archives, medical professionals processing patient notes, and students transforming lecture scribbles into study guides. Additionally, we serve logistics and finance teams who need to extract handwritten table data from forms and delivery notes into structured Excel spreadsheets.
NoteOCR's answer:
NoteOCR was born out of a common frustration: the hours wasted manually retyping handwritten brainstorming sessions and field notes into digital documents. We realized that while "text recognition" existed, "document understanding" did not. We set out to build a tool that doesn't just read letters, but understands the layout of the paper, giving founders and professionals their time back by automating the most tedious part of the digitization process.
NoteOCR's answer:
NoteOCR is built on a modern MERN Stack and AI stack focused on speed and precision. We utilize Transformer-based neural networks and CNNs (Convolutional Neural Networks) for visual pattern recognition. The platform's infrastructure is powered by MERN STACK and Vercel for high-performance delivery, while our backend includes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) for contextual error correction to ensure the highest possible accuracy.

That third graph doesn't do a good job of accurately assigning commits to organization. For example, two the largest GNOME contributors for Red Hat are Florian Mรผllner and Jonas ร dahl. Both of them don't commit using a redhat.com email address. Instead they use gnome.org and gmail.com respectively. So they are incorrectly assigned in the third graph to either Personal or other where they should be with Red Hat. Source: over 3 years ago
