When I buy things from the USA, I tend to use myus.com as a parcel forwarder but I can't really find a like for like (one that'll repack into one parcel instead of two shipments). Order them online from greeneking.co.uk, and use a 3rd party reshipping service. I've used myus.com to order stuff from the US to the UK, and I think they do UK to US too. No clue if they're the best or the cheapest, but it worked for me.
