Order them online from greeneking.co.uk, and use a 3rd party reshipping service. I've used myus.com to order stuff from the US to the UK, and I think they do UK to US too. No clue if they're the best or the cheapest, but it worked for me. If the seller is Amazon or the item is under Amazon Prime, I believe they can ship directly to Philippines and yung tax is makikita mo included. There are websites such as myus.com , stackry.com , shopusa.com , ship7.com etc. When I bought my laptop I wanted to ship it outside the us aswell. I was planning to use one of these websites until I found the product on amazon and they charged 130$ for shipping overseas. No real deals. I got a SSD for more than 50% off that is still being sold at full price here (and that wasn't even a Black Friday deal). Order online. Bahrain is a hub for DHL and FedEx so shipments here are quite fast. 2-3 days from the US. If your store doesn't ship to Bahrain, sign up for a drop ship service.
