Electionbuddy.com is the cheapest one and is not that hard to set up. It IS legal in most states, you just have to mail out a postcard and let them know they can also print it out and mail it in. Since most people are cheap they wont' spend the $0.65 for a stamp. Source: over 2 years ago
Many states allow for online voting using websites like electionbuddy.com With online voting there is no need for a proxy. Proxies in general shoudl be avoided. Always try to get the vote of the actual person and either allow absentee ballots or online voting over a week or longer to give people time to vote. Source: about 3 years ago
