I've been using Umami for this β it's a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics tool that doesn't require cookie banners and is fully GDPR-compliant out of the box. Every time I get a new API endpoint, I do the same small dance: look at a response, eyeball the shape, write a TypeScript interface, copy-paste it into the codebase.
