What makes your product unique?

Dokyo's answer:

Dokyo is a full Notion-style workspace (block editor, nested pages, databases with table, kanban, calendar, list, gallery, and chart views, real-time co-editing) that is free with no paid tier, hosted entirely in Europe, and ships with no third-party analytics or tracking. The AI assistant is consent-gated: nothing is sent to a provider until you agree, and one click disables and hides it entirely. There are also native offline desktop apps for Windows, macOS, and Linux that keep working without a connection and sync when you reconnect.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Dokyo's answer:

Because it gives you the parts of Notion people actually use, without the price, the bloat, or the data trade. It is free with no trial and no credit card, loads fast, stores your data in the EU under GDPR, and never sends anything to an AI provider without explicit consent. You can use it in the browser with nothing to install, or install the desktop app and work offline. GDPR data export and account deletion are built in, so leaving is as easy as joining.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Dokyo's answer:

Small teams, startups, students, researchers, and individuals who want a shared workspace for docs, notes, and project tracking. It is a particularly good fit for people in Europe, or anyone with privacy or GDPR requirements, who want an EU-hosted alternative to US workspace tools, and for anyone who finds larger workspace apps too heavy or too expensive.

What's the story behind your product?

Dokyo's answer:

Dokyo started from a simple frustration: the best workspace tools are excellent to write in, but they are heavy, they cost more as your team grows, and your notes end up on servers you have no say over. Dokyo was built as the lighter, calmer version of that idea: the same block editor, databases, and live collaboration, hosted in Europe, free to use, with no tracking and an AI assistant that stays off until you ask for it.
