EventPixel turns every guest's phone into a camera you keep.

One QR code on the table is the whole setup. Guests scan it, land in the event in their browser, and upload photos instantly. No app to download, no account to create, which is why upload rates beat app-based tools.

Everything wraps around one live gallery:

  • Live photo wall – new uploads appear on any TV within seconds, QR code on screen
  • PixelFind AI face search – each guest takes one selfie and receives every photo they appear in, no tagging
  • Digital guestbook – written wishes and voice messages
  • RSVP management, song playlist and guest requests
  • Free event website with customizable templates and animated invites
  • Full-resolution bulk download in one click

Private by default. Hosts control visibility, downloads and moderation. Galleries can be locked with an access code.

Pricing: free plan runs a real event end to end. Paid plans are one-time per event ($19 / $39 / $69), no subscription. Prices localized in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, MXN, INR and TRY. Professional plans for photographers, planners and venues from $99.

Built for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, parties and conferences. Available in English, Spanish, German, French and Italian.

Alternative to GuestPix, Wedibox, GuestCam, Kululu, WedUploader, PixelParty, POV Camera, Eversnap, and Google Photos or Drive shared albums.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Dropbox and EventPixel.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

EventPixel's answer:

  • Cine Velvet Photography

What makes your product unique?

EventPixel's answer:

Guests never install anything. One QR code on the table opens the event in the phone's browser, and uploads start in seconds. That single design choice is why upload rates beat app-based tools, where half the guests never finish the download.

Around that gallery sits everything a host actually wants on the day: a live photo wall for the TV, PixelFind AI face search (one selfie, every photo you're in), a guestbook with voice messages, RSVP, playlist and a free event website. And pricing is one-time per event, not a subscription.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

EventPixel's answer:

Three reasons.

  1. No app, no account, for anyone. Several competitors still route guests through an app store. We don't, so uploads from older relatives and non-tech guests actually arrive.

  2. PixelFind. Guests take one selfie and get their own photo set, without tagging. Most alternatives either lack face search or charge it as an add-on.

  3. Price. Paid plans are $19, $39 or $69 one-time per event, with a free plan that runs a full event. No subscription, no per-guest fees, no watermarks. Prices are localized in 8 currencies and the interface runs in 5 languages.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

EventPixel's answer:

Hosts of events where photos are scattered across dozens of phones: weddings first, then birthdays, corporate events, parties and conferences. Most are couples and families in the US, UK, EU, India and the Gulf.

A growing second audience is professionals who run many events a year: wedding photographers, planners and venues, who use EventPixel as a branded guest-photo add-on for every client. Professional plans start at $99.

What's the story behind your product?

EventPixel's answer:

EventPixel started with a simple, familiar frustration: after every wedding, the best photos were on guests' phones and never made it back to the couple. WhatsApp groups compressed them, Google Drive links went unopened, and "please send me the photos" became a month-long chase.

We built the simplest possible fix: a QR code that opens a live gallery in the browser, with nothing to install. Then added what hosts kept asking for next: a live wall for the TV, face search so guests can find themselves, a guestbook with voice messages, RSVP and an event website. Today it runs in five languages and has been used at 500+ events worldwide.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

EventPixel's answer:

React 18 with TypeScript and Vite, statically pre-rendered for SEO, Tailwind CSS, GSAP for the animated invites, i18next for the five-language interface. Backend runs on Firebase (Hosting, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage) with on-device and server-side face matching for PixelFind. Payments via Razorpay (India) and Dodo Payments (rest of world).
