Entrepreneurs who already understand the need to manage company processes can find many tools to help them with it. But the problem is that people don't really want to use many different products โ they want to use all tools in one product.
Uspacy is an online service, a single digital workspace for organizing the daily processes of small and medium-sized companies which are: modern communication in a team, people operations, collaboration, tasks, business processes and CRM.

UspacyUspacy's answer:
Uspacy is an all-in-one concept that combines tools for team communication, collaboration and CRM while most products in the world are developing only for one function. Therefore, our online service completely covers the needs of companies that understand the need to organize their daily processes, but donโt want to use a lot of different products. They donโt want to have several accounts in the services and pay separately for using each of them. Within the single workspace of Uspacy, they can work together on tasks, create groups, and join the thematic discussions with colleagues. Itโs possible to communicate using messages and exchange photos, files and documents in chats. They can manage sales and client relations, as well as create their own corporate social network with a newsfeed, posts, comments and likes. All of the listed above is available in one browser window.
Uspacy's answer:
Uspasy has a modern technological platform, well-developed scenarios, a pleasant interface, exceptional security and privacy, and the product is flexible enough. Itโs easy to customize it according to the needs of users, and the use of a modern API-based architecture expands the possibilities of the space, enabling it for integration with other systems and services. In addition, it doesnโt matter the industry in which the clients work, the scale of their business, the structure of the company and the territorial location it has. Because we donโt just create international sites, but also constantly expand the physical presence of Uspacy in world markets, applying the Glocal concept. Therefore, we not only translate texts into the language of users, but also take into account the cultural and business characteristics of a specific country. In addition, Uspasy enables developers, integrators and sales consultants to promote their products and services with the help of partner program. The business model has proven itself well for the opportunity to create a business and develop it on the basis of honest and open cooperation, joining forces for a common goal.
Uspacy's answer:
The Uspacy team is focused on developing a product for small and medium-sized businesses as these clients have an urgent need to organize their company's processes, establish communication within teams and build convenient interaction with clients. We provide them with online tools that help to increase their efficiency by focusing on the result. In addition, our product can be used by anyone in any company, from sales managers to heads of companies and business owners.
Uspacy's answer:
The idea of developing Uspacy appeared in the spring of 2022. Four old friends, and now co-founders, decided to unite and develop a cool, unique product that would be known all over the world. We had a lot of experience working with similar sets of tools, so we clearly understood how these services are organized and what exactly users need. So we created a team and started our own way. Less than ten months later, a completely Ukrainian, but global, international product appeared, which we go on developing with consideration of the specifics of markets of presence. It helps businesses around the world to organize their daily work processes and promotes the development of an entrepreneurial culture through the use of modern online tools.
Uspacy's answer:
When developing Uspacy, we use modern technologies that meet today's requirements. In particular: โ API-based architecture to expand the possibilities of space in the future. This is possible thanks to the open and documented API that we use ourselves; โ advanced Kubernetes and KEDA mechanisms, thanks to which you can individually scale each of our services based on metrics from dozens of sources at the same time; โ microservices that make the system more flexible and stable and ensure uninterrupted operation of sections.
And in order to guarantee users a high level of security, we use: โ triple backup of user files for uninterrupted access to databases, even in case of physical destruction of the data center; โ two-factor authentication (OTP) to protect the system from various threats, and employee data and important documentation from prying eyes; โ digital protections: separate SSL certificates for each space, data encryption, 24/7 monitoring, hot backup and backup using Amazon Web Services tools.

Docusign has a .com address, def not a .click address. This is 100% fishing. A very easy way to tell is to hover over any url and see what the address is. You can also try to do a reply, or if your savvy enough look into the routing info of the email. Did it com from the companies domain? I.e. docusign.com, fedex.com, ups.com anything like that. If it didn't, its fake. Source: over 3 years ago
No, it's definitely not dumb. Great point, I imagine there would have to be some legal contract, like docusign.com that can be signed electronically with a deposit. If anyone has anything to input on this, it would be great help. Source: almost 4 years ago
Long story short, I'm working on opening my first business. My partner and I signed a lease with one place where our store would be located. The lease was signed thru docusign.com and it was a legit lease with all the terms. We were waiting for the landlord to come back to us as we needed some documentation for the county, which didn't happen for a week, then another one, we only had contact with him thru real... I'm curious why you would be receiving 100+ phishing/malware/spam if you whitelisted Docusign... Unless all that phishing spam was coming from @ docusign.com - just curious. Source: over 4 years ago
