Deel is the only global-first people platform that allows companies to hire, manage, pay, and develop talent in 150+ countries without compliance headaches or third-party dependencies. Our all-in-one platform simplifies the entire lifecycle - from onboarding and global payroll to performance management and offboarding - all within a single interface.
Built for the modern, global workforce, Deel enables companies to instantly hire full-time employees via our 130+ EOR entities or manage independent contractors legally in minutes. Unlike other providers, Deel owns its own infrastructure, utilizing 55+ live native payroll engines to ensure unmatched speed and accountability. From localized legal contracts to Web3-ready features like stablecoin payments and token equity management, Deel provides the flexibility global teams need to thrive.
Today, Deel serves over 40,000 customers and supports 1.5 million workers worldwide. From fast-growing startups to publicly traded enterprises like Nike, Shopify, and Uber, companies rely on Deelโs 2,000+ in-house Legal and HR experts to scale their operations across borders. Weโre the real Deel.
Deel
DocuSignDeel is highly recommended for companies of all sizes, particularly those with a focus on expanding their remote or international teams. It's also beneficial for startups or businesses that seek compliance and payment solutions for remote workers without the need for extensive in-house resources.
Deel's answer
Deel owns its infrastructure. We don't rely on third-party payroll processors or legacy systems; we built the entire platform from scratch, which means faster fixes, total accountability, and global compliance that actually works. We're also built for Web3. We're the only HR platform that supports stablecoin payouts, token equity, and on-chain accounting; because the future of work isn't traditional. And AI isn't something bolted on. It's embedded in every workflow; from hiring and onboarding to payroll reconciliation and support. It takes action, not just chat.
Deel's answer
Real global infrastructure, not third-party plumbing. You get local payroll expertise in 150+ countries without managing a vendor network. Compliance is native, not outsourced. True modularity. Plug Deel's products into your existing tech stack instead of ripping and replacing. Use what you need, scale what you grow. One experience for everyone. Whether someone's hired in Sรฃo Paulo, managed from Denver, or working from a co-working space, they get the same seamless onboarding, payroll, and benefits experience. That consistency matters for retention. Built for the future of work. Crypto payouts. Distributed teams. Complex tax jurisdictions. We handle them nativelyโnot as afterthoughts.
Deel's answer
Deel was founded in 2019 to solve a problem we saw firsthand: hiring and paying global talent shouldn't require hiring a global team of compliance experts. The world's work had already gone remote and distributed, but the HR systems hadn't. We built Deel to bridge that gapโone platform where a startup in Austin could hire a developer in Ukraine, a designer in Nigeria, and a content writer in the Philippines, and actually manage and pay them all compliantly without a compliance nightmare. Today, we work with over 40,000 customers across 150+ countries. We've grown from a contractor-payment tool into a complete people platform for hiring, payroll, mobility, device management, and performanceโpowered by our own infrastructure and designed for the future of work.
Deel's answer
We serve globally distributed companies across all sizes. But we're built specifically for leaders who are tired of fragmented systems. Scaling companies (50โ1,000 people) who need payroll and compliance to keep pace with growth. Enterprise teams (1,000+) managing complex multi-country operations and local vendor sprawl. People leaders and finance teams who want automation to replace manual admin. And crypto-native companies that need stablecoin payouts and on-chain accounting baked in. The common thread: leaders who value simplicity over complexity, and who need to scale across borders without sacrificing compliance or employee experience.
Deel's answer
We've invested heavily in building owned infrastructure rather than relying on off-the-shelf solutions. Payroll engine: Custom-built tax, compliance, and calculation logic across 150+ countries. No third-party processorsโwe own this. Architecture: Modern microservices, real-time data processing, and scalable cloud infrastructure designed to handle millions of transactions across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously. AI: Built into hiring, payroll, mobility, IT, and support workflows. Our AI takes action, not just provides insights. Security: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR-compliant data residency, and regular pen testing. All auditable. We don't license complianceโwe build it.

Has anyone been able to avail of the Bike to Work scheme when employed through an umbrella company? I am working for a UK company through deel.com and so far they have said "we do not have the Cycle/ Bike2Work scheme implemented at this time. Rest assured that once it has been launched, all employees in Ireland will receive an email from Deel notifying you of the update." Sounds like they're just fobbing me off... Employer of Record: websites like deel.com provide this service, they basically hire me in Canada since they have global presence and face our business in Australia as a contractor. Source: about 3 years ago
There are also legitimate global payroll compliance platforms such as deel.com and Papaya Global, so OP might want to check whether there are any smaller enterprises (which don't have offshore offices) that are using their services. Source: about 3 years ago
I'm a software engineer and will be working remotely for my current employer who agreed to employ me from Dubai via deel.com. My girlfriend is a customer support agent working for a small tech company in the UK. She's been working in her role for a few years, but she doesn't have a university degree. Most likely she will need to find a job in Dubai. She's currently making +/- ยฃ2k pcm. Source: about 3 years ago
Platforms such as Deel.com and AngelList have made accessing incredible talent globally much easier. We recently used both these platforms to hire Solomon, an amazing full-stack developer from Nigeria. Source: about 3 years ago
In the new era of digital transformation, the ability to sign various documents electronically has become a cornerstone of business efficiency & success. Open source document signing platforms like OpenSignโข, represents a significant shift in this landscape. Docusign has a .com address, def not a .click address. This is 100% fishing. A very easy way to tell is to hover over any url and see what the address is. You can also try to do a reply, or if your savvy enough look into the routing info of the email. Did it com from the companies domain? I.e. docusign.com, fedex.com, ups.com anything like that. If it didn't, its fake. Source: over 3 years ago
No, it's definitely not dumb. Great point, I imagine there would have to be some legal contract, like docusign.com that can be signed electronically with a deposit. If anyone has anything to input on this, it would be great help. Source: over 3 years ago
Long story short, I'm working on opening my first business. My partner and I signed a lease with one place where our store would be located. The lease was signed thru docusign.com and it was a legit lease with all the terms. We were waiting for the landlord to come back to us as we needed some documentation for the county, which didn't happen for a week, then another one, we only had contact with him thru real... I'm curious why you would be receiving 100+ phishing/malware/spam if you whitelisted Docusign... Unless all that phishing spam was coming from @ docusign.com - just curious. Source: over 4 years ago
