I use Cozy Drive. It's open source. You can pick a folder in your pc, and it syncs it to the cloud. You can still open in offline. They have 5gb free version, which I use, because I need it only for documents and photos. Android app is good too, and you can automatically sync your photos. Source: over 4 years ago
However, it really depends on one needs and usage. For example, tags might be a more flexible way to organize the passwords than folders, I agree with that. Searching in Bitwarden is reasonably good, which makes folders or tags a lot less relevant. The limited number of item types is not limited for my use, as I rarely use Bitwarden for anything else than managing passwords. Autofill never bothered me, personally.... Source: almost 5 years ago
