My four year old was kicked out of his preschool class, and the school recommended I set him up with applied behavioral analysis. Blender is amazing for rigging, but for everything else you described I'd say you should consider svgator.com. Not that popular from what I've seen on here, and the free plan is limited, but as far as ease of using goes it's hard to beat. It's browser-based, so there's nothing to install/download.
