Listub replaces the pile of single-purpose apps most households run on. Instead of one app for the shopping list, another for tasks and a third for splitting the dinner bill, everything lives in one place - and every list can be shared with the people you share your life with.

What's inside: Shopping List: Shared lists that update live, so nobody buys the milk twice Task Manager: Deadlines, assignments and progress for the household Magnet Notes: Dandwritten notes that stick to your home screen Note Base: Full notes with formatting and sharing Quick Notes: One-tap capture for ideas before they disappear Doc Station: Store and share important documents securely Activity Planner: Plan outings and get-togethers with friends and family Travel Hub: Flights, bookings and plans for a whole trip Meal Planner: Plan the week by day and meal type, with recipes Subscription Central: Every recurring payment, with renewal reminders Debt Ledger: IOUs, 1:1 loan contracts, or splitting expenses across a group Health Cabinet: Medications and supplements with schedules and refills Emergency Contacts: The numbers that matter, fast to reach Bucket List: Long-term goals, with progress tracked Wishlist Box: Shareable wishlists with surprise-safe gift reservations Screen Box: Movie and TV tracker with episode progress and a watch diary Book Shelf: Reading tracker with page progress, ratings and reviews

Why it's different: AI: Lumi, the built-in AI, understands plain language, picks the right module and does the work - creating entries, answering questions about anything you've saved, and marking things done. It replies in your language. Shared rooms, real time: Invite family or roommates into any list; edits appear instantly. Offline-ready: Edit with no connection; Listub syncs when you're back. Everywhere in 41 languages: iOS, Android now. Web, macOS, Windows and Linux coming soon.

Every module is free. Premium adds multi-device use, sharing and file uploads.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Codacy and Listub.

What makes your product unique?

Listub's answer:

Most organizing apps do one thing. Listub does seventeen - shopping lists, tasks, notes, documents, meal plans, travel, subscriptions, shared expenses, health schedules, plus movie and book trackers - and they all share the same rooms, the same sharing model and the same AI assistant. Add something in one module and it lives alongside everything else, instead of in its own silo on its own tab of its own app.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Listub's answer:

Because the alternative is five subscriptions and five apps that don't talk to each other. Listub covers what Todoist, AnyList, Splitwise, TripIt, Goodreads and a subscription tracker each do separately, in one app that works on web, iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux, offline, in 41 languages. Every module is free to use, and Lumi - the built-in AI - handles the actual work in plain language, so you're not filling in forms.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Listub's answer:

Households: families, couples and roommates who already coordinate over messages and sticky notes, and want one shared place instead. It's equally useful solo for anyone tired of running a separate app for every kind of list. The 41-language support makes it a natural fit outside English-speaking markets, particularly across Europe.

What's the story behind your product?

Listub's answer:

Listub started in 2020 with a frustration most people share: juggling a separate app for tasks, another for notes, another for shopping, another for planning - none of which talked to each other. Founder Clirim Uskana set out to build one place where all of it could live together. Development began in 2022 with a small distributed team spanning full-stack, mobile, design, QA and DevOps, and over the following years grew into the modules that make up Listub today - from shopping lists and tasks to travel, subscriptions, shared expenses and reading trackers, with Lumi, the built-in AI assistant, tying them together. Listub is now live on iOS and Android in 41 languages.

Listub Reviews

  1. Finally stopped forgetting stuff Experience description

I got it because I kept forgetting when my subscriptions renew and how much I owe people. Now I put everything in and it tells me before the money goes out. I also started using the task list for work and the book tracker for fun. Nothing fancy, it just does what I need.

  2. Komi

Better than my old show tracker

I used to keep track of my series in a separate app and my lists somewhere else. Listub has a watchlist built in, so now I mark off episodes in the same app where I keep everything else. It tells me when new episodes are out and I can see what my friends are watching. My partner and I share a list of things we want to watch together.

๐Ÿ Competitors: TV Time, Trakt.tv, Letterboxd, Simkl, JustWatch, Serializd
๐Ÿ‘ Pros:    Tracks episodes and shows what to watch next|Tells me when new episodes air|Can see what friends are watching|Book tracking in the same app|Do not need a separate app for it
๐Ÿ‘Ž Cons:    The library is not quite as big as the dedicated apps
  3. Everything in one app now

I had my shopping list in one app, my notes in another and my tasks somewhere else. Listub has all of it in the same place, so I stopped switching around. I mostly just type what I want and it adds it. My partner and I share the shopping list and it updates on both phones right away. It also works when I have no signal, which is nice in the supermarket.

๐Ÿ Competitors: Notion, Todoist, AniList, TickTick, Cozi
