What makes your product unique?

AI-powered website chat is a fairly new emerging technology, that has been around just from early 2023. Yes, there are competing solutions, but all of them place a lot of limitations in their subscription plans. We are giving a full access to our Platform - and offer flexible upgrade options based on Storage usage only.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

We are working constantly on improving our Software capabilities, and we are looking to become an AIO platform for small & medium businesses for all their AI-related daily tasks. Our development roadmap includes updates that exactly match this goal, and we are open to all feedback, and looking to improve according to our customer needs.

As well as businesses that are looking to provide AI Chatbots for their website visitors. And everyday users - students who are looking to improve their studies with the help of AI.

What's the story behind your product?

Bootstrapped MVP product, having a deep understanding & interest in AI technologies, helped a lot in this project development. Right now, looking to expand software capabilities by testing the newest OpenAI model integrations, as well as other LLMs, like Llama2 & Claude.

  1. Does what it says on the box

    Freshdesk provides a free helpdesk system so we can manage our support tickets. They have the feature that allows us to send emails through our own email address (vs using their own email address), and an app that works well to respond and organize tickets.

    My biggest gripe with the service is that they are missing a feature that HelpScout has, where we can reply directly to the notification email and that reply gets sent to the customer. With freshdesk, we have to log into their portal or use the app in order to send a reply.

  • Beware, read carefully and make conclusions
    Since Freewallet is a quite small company they outsource their "support" from this Indian startup the communication is quite complicated. If the company doesn't want to spend more money in order to hire a good support engineer, and instead prefers to save some money by going offshore. Then this companies' customers swill suffer.
