ChaseDocs's answer
ChaseDocs never holds your clients' documents. Uploads route straight into your firm's own Google Drive; ChaseDocs keeps the checklist, the AI validation result and a pointer to the file. It takes a transient encrypted copy for the AI check, then deletes it. Combined with reminders that go out over WhatsApp rather than email alone, it means the documents live where they should and the chasing happens where clients actually reply.
ChaseDocs's answer
Three reasons. Your clients answer WhatsApp, most document-collection tools are email-first, so reminders sit unread. Your files stay in your own cloud rather than a vendor's, which removes the data-custody conversation before it starts. And AI reads every upload before you do, checking document type, the period covered, readability and completeness, including whether an ID expires too close to the date you are collecting for — so you are not opening twenty files to find the one that is wrong.
ChaseDocs's answer
Small and mid-sized professional firms that chase the same documents from clients over and over: travel agencies and tour operators collecting passports and visas, education and study-abroad consultancies collecting transcripts and test results, accounting firms collecting bank statements and KYC, and digital agencies collecting briefs and assets. Typically two to fifty people, without a dedicated ops team, where one person loses hours a week to follow-ups.
ChaseDocs's answer
ChaseDocs came out of watching travel agencies collect passenger passports the same way every time: an email thread, then a WhatsApp message, then another WhatsApp message. The documents that mattered ended up scattered across chat threads with no clear picture of what was still outstanding. The insight was that WhatsApp was not the problem, the manual chasing was. So the messages still go over WhatsApp, but they send themselves, and the files never touch the chat.
ChaseDocs's answer
React and TypeScript on the front end, Node.js on the back end, PostgreSQL for data, and the WhatsApp Business API for messaging. Client documents are stored in the customer's own connected cloud rather than in ChaseDocs.
