    Those are so not great for you, they signal to your brain that you are in stressful/fight or flight situations, and your brain responds accordingly. I find quick sessions of boxed (square) breathing is good to train you to take deeper breaths. Particularly apps like Breathly are dope. I also love it has the deep calm breath as well.
