We faced a similar situation at https://devrev.ai/ a few months back, but we decided to go fully client side rather than using server side solutions like Cube. Why don’t you check out DevRev? The idea here is to consolidate customer support (GPT chatbot, tickets, SLAs etc) with software development tools (issues, sprints, epics etc). Similar to how we experienced consolidation in infrastructure with AWS and what we’re seeing across other industries, we all know the world doesn’t need more tools.
