The email includes information about a piece of equipment that's been offered for sale. Information includes mostly text fields, but also URLs to images hosted on Google Drive. - If you want a native encrypted cloud storage, one of the better priced ones is Mega. The free tier gives you up to 20GB to use. Here's a referral link if you want extra free storage a well. It's still E2EE, but not open-sourced. They do, however, have an audit on their encryption and source codes.
