Since you're using Google drive ( are you using sheets or ms Excel? Either way it would be easy to use appsheet or powerapps and make a frontend for your data. Then you can have your family install it on their phone or common tablet. Then whoever is packing up the box could fill out a form with location, contents, etc. Then slap the label on it. I'd over index on the early user testing (with Figma or Sketch) first so that by the time you want to spend money on getting a working prototype built you are 110% on the critical features your MVP will need.
