  Don't use an installed copy of Tomcat. The layout can be different than expected and permission problems can appear at the worst time. For one, it needs to be able to write to that conf directory.   I'm going to assume by "coinbase wallet" you mean coinbase.com and not the literal Coinbase Wallet. Coinbase Wallet would have fees identical to MetaMask, as those gas fees are from Ethereum, all wallets pay the same. Source: over 2 years ago
