You know I tried a lot of things, todoist, any.do, meistertasks, notion, one note, google keep, microsoft excel, taskade and everything had some problem/flaw where I felt missing. I am still using google keep, all my raw material and quick thoughts are in it, but it cannot handle huge lists and starts becoming slow. It is just good for few lines. Interesting. I have almost the same workflow with https://getdrafts.com/ where I only take short notes and I have custom action which sets the creation date+time of the note as its first line.
