  • Best Habit Tracker(s)?
Best thing it has over any.do is that you have 3 types of entities: tasks, recurring tasks and habits. Source: 10 months ago
  • Habit counter app for Android?
I used to use any.do + loop habit, but Habitnow has features from both of them. Source: 11 months ago
  • to do as a widget
    A. Add reminders to the simple todo list in notion (so I can use it instead of any.do etc). Source: 11 months ago
  • Google Home Assistant workaround?
Has anyone found a workaround to keep using google home assistant to add tasks? The only one I found was to use any.do via zapier, but that only works with a $3 month subscription to any.do , which I definitely don't want to pay. Source: 11 months ago
  • Looking for list/task management software
You know I tried a lot of things, todoist, any.do, meistertasks, notion, one note, google keep, microsoft excel, taskade and everything had some problem/flaw where I felt missing. I am still using google keep, all my raw material and quick thoughts are in it, but it cannot handle huge lists and starts becoming slow. It is just good for few lines. One note is also good but tagging and filters are not possible. I... Source: about 1 year ago
  • Having trouble stepping up in my wife’s eyes, looking for ways to help facilitate change.
I use the any.do app for keeping track of chores and groceries. You and your partner can manage the same lists together. Seeing each other contribute and complete tasks reinforces the "us versus the problem" mentality. Source: about 1 year ago
  • App recos for chore lists
Even if an app meets most of these would be great. I am using any.do currently, and do love it, but in the spirit of self hosting and cutting down on costs this could be a simple solution. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Todo list app advice (android user)
I have tried Google Tasks, Any.do, Todoist, and a couple other generic apps for Android in addition to what I mentioned at the beginning. I haven't been able to get any of them to do what I need. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Collaborative To Do List With Reminders and Notifications
The use case is my partner and I have a senior dog who requires several medications at various points over the day. I'd like to be able to enter all the medications he needs with specific times, have them be recurring, and both of us get notifications when something is due. It seems any.do has this but only at an individual level, not shared. Thank you all. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Web version of Reminders/Notes?
Well the bridge between PC and iOS is well. Microsoft. There's plenty of alternatives like OneNote and EverNote for notes. There's also Microsoft To-Do, any.do, Google Keep, Wunderlist, and TickTick for reminders. Consider using Evernote since it contains the Notes and Reminder features you need. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Export any.do tasks
I just discovered simplescraper.io. If you're needing to export all your stuff in any.do this works pretty well. simplescraper.ioIf you're needing to export all your stuff in any.do this works pretty well. Source: over 1 year ago
  • looking for a task and calendar system
I have been looking at Gqueues, Reclaim, Sunsama, Todoist and Any.do -- but it hasn't been immediately obvious which ones would let me do all of this. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Looking for free to-do list program optimized for portrait view, with minimal extras
I've tried any.do and it's not as minimalistic as I would've hoped, any suggestions? Source: over 1 year ago
  • Trying to switch to Notion from any.do
Notion is great alternative to Keep and Trello, but not for any.do. I got to have good, fast, and easy reminders UI, especially with good phone notification, so I can add and edit due time for all my tasks everyday. Is there a way to do so on trello? Source: over 1 year ago
  • Google Assistant Changes / IFTTT workaround via any.do
Here are some screenshots of the 'zap' setup. It pulled a sample task I had entered into any.do for testing (assemble weedwacker). Source: over 1 year ago
  • TODO app
I used any.do or task from Google. If there is a notification on the phone I get it on the watch it's enough. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Looking for a reminder/task app, can you recommend one?
Any.do which is great, but it imports Exchange Tasks from iOS reminders (instead of treating them as separate group)/origin), thus I’m not able to create Exchange Tasks in the first place. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Free to do list app that integrates with whatsapp
I use family groupchat in whatsapp and often put to do list there and it gets lost in the chat. Wondering if anyone knows of an app that integrats with whatsapp for free. Create task within whatsapp, and have automated messages there when task is done or have reminder. I have found any.do but its paid. Looking for free. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Suggestions for focusing on chores?
Because of this, I started listing my chores in any.do that way. The core task like cleaning the kitchen is the name and then I add the subtasks for all the parts that go into completing that. Not all of them need done every time, like replacing the wax melts in the warmer, but having it there lets me see it and have an idea of frequency because I add the date I last did it. It's made a world of difference in my... Source: almost 2 years ago
  • I get overwhelmingly emotional and stressed when trying to start studying?
Thanks a lot for your tips and for taking the time:) I've had any.do for a while and will try and give it another go. I really hope things work out for you!:/. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Task Management App Recommendation
I am in desperate need of a task management and scheduling app. I've tried todoist, any.do, google tasks + calendar, microsoft to do, and a couple others. I have found some of my must have features in other apps, but I haven't found one that does everything well. Source: about 2 years ago
