You know I tried a lot of things, todoist, any.do, meistertasks, notion, one note, google keep, microsoft excel, taskade and everything had some problem/flaw where I felt missing. I am still using google keep, all my raw material and quick thoughts are in it, but it cannot handle huge lists and starts becoming slow. It is just good for few lines. The use case is my partner and I have a senior dog who requires several medications at various points over the day. I'd like to be able to enter all the medications he needs with specific times, have them be recurring, and both of us get notifications when something is due. Well the bridge between PC and iOS is well. Microsoft. There's plenty of alternatives like OneNote and EverNote for notes. Because of this, I started listing my chores in any.do that way. The core task like cleaning the kitchen is the name and then I add the subtasks for all the parts that go into completing that.
