   Good services, but website templates not for everyone/business needs

   In all it’s a great service provided by UENI, I like it how they have a lot of Google Business features and you can sync it with your website which is great for your business, especially if you’re starting out. However, their templates are very, very restrictive and not many options available, even on the paid plans, for their Plus plan I was expecting a whole lot more flexibility and design features, for this amount you can go across to Wix or Squarespace and you get lots more for your money. Customer service was great, and help was there whenever I messaged them on Chat, which is great. But unfortunately, they do not have a website for everyone, and I’m one of those person’s. The basic need to fit a portrait or landscape photo on either of their templates is not met, I struggled with fitting most of of my pictures (about 95% of it) that would show up as a whole on the listing layout, so if you’re selling products and you want to showcase these, which is an essential part of a business, this website is most likely not for you. Having pictures displayed in half or cut off is extremely frustrating, the phone layout is even worse, everything is displayed horizontally and this will for sure cut off all your pictures.

   good and not so good

   Initial set up of website had information that i had not given, they had pulled it from my other buisiness website and it related to a different buisiness. I had to change this around however support from customer service was good.

   Very impressed

   Early days but I'm very impressed. Very easy to use and update your website. Having a one of payment is really helpful for small and new businesses.

   Quick website launch

   My website was designed in under 3 days and looked good my family were all excited about it. I could tweak what I wanted to also. However I opted for the plus plan and will have the tweaks done for me. I would give 5 stars if I was 100% happy but I was definitely 95% happy with my site as for the service I would give 100% hands down. This is great service with everything in one place. You won’t regret it, give it a try.

   UENI gave me a website within 3 days. I was able to edit the website with the editor tools with no problems. The customer service and office support is there if needed and I will appreciate that going forward. Looks very well done.

   Best money I have invested

   I had a website I spent $600. A month on. But it wasn’t easy to get things changed on the site . UENI is very simple and straight forward to change and use. For small business this is a win win for you.

   Simple and straightforward

   My experience building the website was really great. Technical knowledge was not required; all I had to do was respond to the relevant questions, and the website was ready within 48 hours as promised. I am really satisfied with the quality of the website. Highly recommended :)

    Excellent value for money

    UENI 1 off affordable payment is fantastic! My website looks and functions amazingly. The app means that I can easily make instant changes, as and when I want/ need. Best website format and best for ease of use, that I have ever had.

    Easy to use and brilliant service!

    I was unsure to proceed with UENI after seeing a facebook ad but I'm so glad I took the plunge! The service is amazing and so easy to get started. More to the point, the editing capabilities is easy to use which is what I wanted. Would definitely recommend!

    Good for the price

    Ueni is a great website for a business just starting out especially if you don't have any money and you don't know anybody who can help you make a website this is who this was made for once you get established I feel like other website platforms might be a better option as in they are limited in what options they offer compared to others but no means is that make them somebody I would never use again what ultimately not change anything I've done in the past I would still have used them they have helped me out a lot and I have learned a lot

    A quick service but not without a few teething problems

    A speedy service however I am having difficulties uploading or changing photos on the site. I have followed tutorials and instructions but when I select photos to upload there is no tab to click to complete it. Shame really as I am reluctant to publish site due to some of the photos that were selected by UENI not being relevant to my website

    Happy Considering

    I didn't give much as far as information, pics, logos etc., because I just wanted to take advantage of the price and i'm not yet ready to launch. But what they delived is a good start for when I am ready to launch. Thank you!

    Overall, you can't fault the service you get from UENI. The price is great, the features and support you get are great. I think the only thing, potentially lacking, is the amount of customisation available with the website builder (however having said that I'm only 2 days in and haven't had my video call yet)
