UENI disabled access to my user profile and business email account during an active investigation causing me significant business losses. Three days later, they have yet to respond to even the initial support request and service has not been restored.
In times past they were much more responsive but when providing service to a business, failures are costly and the reputational harm caused is often irreparable. I am purchasing a more reliable service-provider.
