   A Solid Tool for SMS Marketing

   TXTImpact offers a clean, efficient way to manage and automate SMS campaigns. It connects seamlessly with our CRMs and handles everything from contact management to detailed reporting. The experience was great, especially in the context of simplifying communication workflow without technical complexity.

   So easy to use!

   We were able to quickly and easily able to communicate with our staff and parents of the kids camp we run for the month of June. We often need to share timely news about delays and things to remember and this program was a perfect fit for us.

   👍 Pros:    I loved the clean and simple design of the website. i found it to be very intuitive and easy to operate.

   👎 Cons:    I wish there was an app for it. we also encountered a 24 hour period of not being able to use tags which is how we are set up to communicate with our groups. however, your team gave us 500 extra texts which made it a little easier to swallow.

   Exceeded expectations

   TXTImpact has grown our business more than 300% in less than 4 months. We have been amazed at how effective the marketing campaigns designed by Marketing360 actually result in conversions. A prior company we worked with was very focused on click-through rate (CTR) which can be a useful metric but to a business owner, the main metric is conversions. Marketing360 is focused on bottom-line conversions and quickly identified our target customers and put a laser focus on marketing to them on Facebook and other social channels. I am extremely pleased with the results and consider our sales rep James Fambrough a valuable sales partner for our company.

   Great Tool with quality service

   An entire team of specialists, each of them with a different area of expertise, handle a variety of needs. From logo and web design to CRM, full-blown campaigns, etc.

   👍 Pros:    Complete marketing system with quality service. comprehensive marketing tools for businesses of all industries and sizes.

   👎 Cons:    The business is based out of colorado, so not ideal for local marketing needs audio, video, photo, etc.

   Amazing

   It allows us to set up Customer Success management in a way it puts us ahead of our competition.

   We managed to give our userbase incredible fast support which often is what makes prospects trust us more than competitors.

   👍 Pros:    Large range of features, excellent segmenting your audience for targeted messages, the interface is non intrusive for our users, but still visible enough.

   👎 Cons:    The html editor for emails is clunky and emails often end up in spamboxes, more html templates would definitely be helpful

   Great team that gets the job done on time and on budget!

   I like the software for the review process but it didn't work the first couple of times and then you have to put a certain number of words in such as if you don't have anything negative to say you still have to type 100 words for that question to move to next field. Even now I cannot get the pull downs to work for Industry or Company Size.

   👍 Pros:    Simplicity of use and clean design. we have a pet supply website and have to learn enough software. this platform is intuitive and easy to use immediately.

   👎 Cons:    Time getting the site designed and ready to launch. templates are okay but recommend being creative and go beyond templates for your design. write your own copy.

   Amazing Software

   I'm new to TXTImpact but I can say I'm impressed with what I've seen so far. John has been very patient as I ask questions and probe to make sure I'm investing in a company that has my best interest in mind. I'm a small business and I can say the cost was hard to swallow but the whole team has earned my confidence. As a seasonal business this I hope TXTImpact will help me "fill in the gaps" of my business during the off season. I believe John, Mike, and my team will give me what they promise in their marketing videos.

   👍 Pros:    Txtimpact dashboard gives me the information i want and need to make informed decisions about my business. it is very detailed down to the finest detail. like i said i'm new with txtimpact but not to business. it's what i've been looking for.

   I wouldn’t use anything else

   Lots of features and easy to use. I like the scheduler and drip message functions. They're customer service is excellent.

   👍 Pros:    It’s user friendly, and the customer service was great. it’s a great marketing tool for small business

   👎 Cons:    I’m not sure still after 3 years of using it all the features. i would love to see sample drip text other businesses use for inspiration.

   Great tool for automation of communication with your customers

   It's one of the most important tools for our marketing, support and even sales. It solves so many process of interaction with our customers that we could not work without it.

   👍 Pros:    It's a well defined tool, easy to understand and work with. definitely being developed properly as constantly there are new features coming out.

   👎 Cons:    There are some things that look "unfinished" like you can use some data to be triggers for one type of message but you can not use the same one for another type of message. the price can be high if you have a lot of users interacting with you, but there's also a startup package that you can use.

    Great, easy to use app!

    TXTImpact has been great. At first, I had some issues using it since it was my first time using something like this, but I was able to contact customer service with online chat and get help quickly and easily. The website is very easy to use and understand. The cost is very reasonable and in-line with other companies. It’s great to pay for a year and not worry about having monthly payments taken out. Plus you save by paying for the year.

    👍 Pros:    User friendly, no training needed, up and running in minutes! was able to purchase it and send my first text message that same night.

    👎 Cons:    Cost is a little higher than other options and just seems a bit high in general for the service being provided.

    TXTImpact has been a great tool. Recently it was updated and made to be extremely user friendly.

    Overall the experience has been positive, so far it has been working for our need and we hope to use it for other programs that will be starting in the fall. Its affordable and we would recommend it to other agencies or businesses to try the free trial you will not be disappointed.

    👍 Pros:    It's a great tool to get a message out to a lot of people very quickly. i can sign people up or they can sign themselves up. in addition, it's been great to be able to respond to people who have questions, as they can simply reply and i get an email with their question. lastly, the price is right! this service could easily be sold for a much high amount! learning the system was easy and the customer service team has reached out to help on a few occasions.

    👎 Cons:    I can't say there are any cons. in the first year of using the product, it had it's limitations, but they've updated it and made more of the features user friendly.

    👍 Pros:    The user's interface is very well designed. you can find all your customer's data and marketing progress under the same app. integrated data, which is pretty unique. you can monitor your progress from a single source. the customer support is really really good though!

    👎 Cons:    I would like the crm to have more advanced functionalities for internet marketing and more integration options. however, it is really solid for what it does.

    This product makes the process of dealing with people asking for info and helps on line easy to handle. It is easy to forward the application to the right professional in the organization and manage the FAQ. Great product

    👍 Pros:    The product is easy to implement and use. no need for trainings all users understand what is needed to be done in 15 minutes of explainations.

    👎 Cons:    The pricing model makes us work in deleting contacts on a weekly basis. we usually interact with users ones, they ask a question and we answer. the pricing is based on a number of users, so continuing paying for a user that we don't have any interaction with is waste of money. so every week we delete the contacts just for paying less.

    Fantastic for communicating with customers and visitors in real-time

    Overall TXTImpact is a good messenger software for your company and there are few things which are still missing. I hope they get it soon.

    👍 Pros:    I am a questionpro employee. we are using txtimpact as our chat software. it is web-based and we find it very convinient to use. our clients use intercom to chat with us. it is easy-to-use.

    👎 Cons:    A bit of lag is there sometimes. when a user or our client start a conversation then there is sometimes a gap of secs then message reach to us. rest everything is fine.

    Amazing Software and Easy to use.

    I have found that the representatives I have spoken to all maintain a positive attitude and acute sense of detail, as well as demonstrating effective communication skills and helpfulness when asked questions. They are patient and very helpful in showing us how to use software programs.

    Effective for our business!

    Our original account manager was not very affective at addressing our companies needs but our current account manager, who we have had for over a year, has been great to work with! He acts with our companies best interest in mind and has contributed to the growth of our company, along with providing great ideas for us to execute on.

    Pros: It is pretty user friendly and easy to track data. the support from the team has been helpful when learning new aspects of the software. the seo has been successful in pushing us up the ranks.

    Cons: There are some glitches that they still seem to be working out on the back end. it seems to take a lot of time for the dev teams to get work done but i do understand that have many many accounts that require work.

    Communicate with Your Customers Easily!

    TXTImpact allowed us to efficiently communicate with customers about updates to the product or issues with certain portions of our platform being down or undergoing maintenance. It also allowed us to gather feedback from customers to improve our product.

    Pros: Txtimpact is a very user-friendly tool that can easily be setup on a website to communicate updates to customers. it's able to pull in a great amount of data on users based on what you provide to it. you can do a fair amount of segmenting as well to target certain users/visitors based on various characteristics.

    Cons: The big complaint we've received from customers is that the messaging from txtimpact becomes very annoying after a while. also if you set up multiple messages but can't segment certain people versus others from getting the message, they'll receive multiple all at the same time. you also can't adjust where those messages display on the page since their widget has to be permanently located in the same place when you set it up.

    Very Easy to Use

    The API is very easy to implement. The SMS API works so fast. We have a correct feedback from the TXTImpact customer service. We recommend this company. Cons: Some time is very hard to have support by phone, but it doesn't mean that we don't receive the correct customer service. By email it works perfect.

    Amazing Services

    I do have to say that I am liking their technical support and they seem to know what they are talking about regarding advertisement. However, their design team is not that great. They could do better. I have had great designs in the past for my website. This time with TXTImpact I had to have my own staff help out to get what I wanted. Not happy about that. their technical support has been better. My websites (2) have just launched about 2-3 weeks ago so time will tell. Susan is fast and answers everything very professional. Like him very much!

    Nice Interface, But Pricey

    After using this application for 5 months. Taking into consideration that the new clients on the chat is below 5000 users, it is really expensive for small-medium enterprises to take up this software (And this does not include the full range of features) when there are alternatives out there that don't burn so much into the monthly marketing budget.

    Easy to Use

    I like that I can send one text to all of our clients at once. I also like that I can create multiple texting groups for mass texts. I have one text group for our volunteers to pass on information about service opportunities and outreach updates. I have another text group for our clients that I use to pass on updates about community resources as they come available.
