I like the software for the review process but it didn't work the first couple of times and then you have to put a certain number of words in such as if you don't have anything negative to say you still have to type 100 words for that question to move to next field. Even now I cannot get the pull downs to work for Industry or Company Size.
I'm new to TXTImpact but I can say I'm impressed with what I've seen so far. John has been very patient as I ask questions and probe to make sure I'm investing in a company that has my best interest in mind. I'm a small business and I can say the cost was hard to swallow but the whole team has earned my confidence. As a seasonal business this I hope TXTImpact will help me "fill in the gaps" of my business during the off season. I believe John, Mike, and my team will give me what they promise in their marketing videos.

The website is very easy to use and understand. The cost is very reasonable and in-line with other companies. Itβs great to pay for a year and not worry about having monthly payments taken out. Plus you save by paying for the year.
Overall the experience has been positive, so far it has been working for our need and we hope to use it for other programs that will be starting in the fall. Its affordable and we would recommend it to other agencies or businesses to try the free trial you will not be disappointed.

I have found that the representatives I have spoken to all maintain a positive attitude and acute sense of detail, as well as demonstrating effective communication skills and helpfulness when asked questions. They are patient and very helpful in showing us how to use software programs.
Our original account manager was not very affective at addressing our companies needs but our current account manager, who we have had for over a year, has been great to work with! He acts with our companies best interest in mind and has contributed to the growth of our company, along with providing great ideas for us to execute on.
Pros: It is pretty user friendly and easy to track data. the support from the team has been helpful when learning new aspects of the software. the seo has been successful in pushing us up the ranks.
Cons: There are some glitches that they still seem to be working out on the back end. it seems to take a lot of time for the dev teams to get work done but i do understand that have many many accounts that require work.
TXTImpact allowed us to efficiently communicate with customers about updates to the product or issues with certain portions of our platform being down or undergoing maintenance. It also allowed us to gather feedback from customers to improve our product.
Pros: Txtimpact is a very user-friendly tool that can easily be setup on a website to communicate updates to customers. it's able to pull in a great amount of data on users based on what you provide to it. you can do a fair amount of segmenting as well to target certain users/visitors based on various characteristics.
Cons: The big complaint we've received from customers is that the messaging from txtimpact becomes very annoying after a while. also if you set up multiple messages but can't segment certain people versus others from getting the message, they'll receive multiple all at the same time. you also can't adjust where those messages display on the page since their widget has to be permanently located in the same place when you set it up.

Perhaps it is a somewhat complex tool because it has many characteristics.
The API is very easy to implement. The SMS API works so fast. We have a correct feedback from the TXTImpact customer service. We recommend this company. Cons: Some time is very hard to have support by phone, but it doesn't mean that we don't receive the correct customer service. By email it works perfect.

I do have to say that I am liking their technical support and they seem to know what they are talking about regarding advertisement. However, their design team is not that great. They could do better. I have had great designs in the past for my website. This time with TXTImpact I had to have my own staff help out to get what I wanted. Not happy about that. their technical support has been better. My websites (2) have just launched about 2-3 weeks ago so time will tell. Susan is fast and answers everything very professional. Like him very much!

After using this application for 5 months. Taking into consideration that the new clients on the chat is below 5000 users, it is really expensive for small-medium enterprises to take up this software (And this does not include the full range of features) when there are alternatives out there that don't burn so much into the monthly marketing budget.

Love the customization. Used this to message customers and potential customers, and found it to be a very powerful tool. I also appreciate how granular you can get when it comes to segmentation, messaging, etc.
I like that I can send one text to all of our clients at once. I also like that I can create multiple texting groups for mass texts. I have one text group for our volunteers to pass on information about service opportunities and outreach updates. I have another text group for our clients that I use to pass on updates about community resources as they come available.
