Great, easy to use app!
TXTImpact has been great. At first, I had some issues using it since it was my first time using something like this, but I was able to contact customer service with online chat and get help quickly and easily. The website is very easy to use and understand. The cost is very reasonable and in-line with other companies. It’s great to pay for a year and not worry about having monthly payments taken out. Plus you save by paying for the year.
👍 Pros: User friendly, no training needed, up and running in minutes! was able to purchase it and send my first text message that same night.👎 Cons: Cost is a little higher than other options and just seems a bit high in general for the service being provided.
