TryMyUI lets you watch videos of real users playing around with your website. You start by setting up your test. Then you can pick your target user to find the perfect demographic for testing. After that, the users test out your site and send you a video with them telling you what they think of the interface and when they get stuck at certain areas.
It’s a cheap option and handy that you can choose between desktop or mobile for the same price but I would rather pay the extra $10 and get a targeted test from TryMyUI if I wanted desktop testing.
TryMyUI: They are another player in this usability space that offers narreted videos & written responses from real users. They only offer a subscription plan of $299/month that gives you 10 credits/month to conduct tests.
