When visiting streamlabs.com, I am almost always sent through the setup process despite the fact that I've been through it multiple times. I have the desktop app and have even streamed unlisted videos as tests (everything seems fine from the app) but when I go on the website it won't acknowledge my yt account. The same is also true for my other settings like tipping; my tip URL still links to the tip page, yet the... Source: 10 months ago
Nono I meant when I test out the widgets on streamlabs.com or whatever it pops up like it should on OBS or streamlabs the app for that matter, but the alerts don't pop up exclusively when I stream. Source: 11 months ago
I use a special font I purchased which is Sidefont. As I wrote it, the base64 URL I got from fontsquirrel works perfectly with streamlabs.com and streamelements alerts boxes. How can I create a shorter URL like you mentioned? Source: 11 months ago
I've got a problem with the new Twitch's Alerts feature. I can't modify the CSS code to add my own font. When I click to validate there's an error message. Yet, I use exactly the same code line with streamlabs.com as well as streamelements.com's alerts, I generated it thanks to fontsquirrel.com and it works very well. Source: 11 months ago
So I've used Streamlabs for a while now and have always ran into random issues with this but it has never really bugged me like it has recently. Ever since a few months ago when I set up my sponsor banner widget, it works perfectly for a week or two and then I go to stream and it just shows a generic "streamlabs" logo and text where my sponsors should be rotating. Upon checking the streamlabs.com dashboard where... Source: 12 months ago
I'm not sure what you break by chat dock, but I can share my solution. I use StreamLabs to display chat and follow animations. They provide a URL that you add to a Browser source in OBS. Source: about 1 year ago
If you're looking to record a long segment, like a YouTube video length, get either OBS or Streamlabs OBS. These allow you to add webcam overlays, etc etc. And for the regular OBS I'd recommend looking up a tutorial on how to set up a basic scene to record your screen, but it's straight forward enough. Streamlabs OBS comes with more overlays for streaming, if you're into that, and OBS is a bit more basic, but can... Source: about 1 year ago
That setup should work for any software that can read from the 4K60 Pro. (OBS Studio and Streamlabs Desktop are both known to work.). Source: about 1 year ago
Whenever I launch the widget url in streamlabs.com it works just fine in that window but it doesn't show up at all in my desktop SLOBS. Source: over 1 year ago

For a couple of weeks (or so) it has been impossible to type or paste in a hex code in the Event List widget on streamlabs.com. When I try, the theme color box just says "[object InputEvent]". This used to work fine, but now I have to manually guess at which colour is the closest to what I'm trying to get. Source: over 1 year ago
There have been many streaming software options released over the years, some free, some paid, and some free with paid QoL additions. My top three recommendations are OBS Studio, Streamlabs OBS, and Xsplit. OBS Studio (https://obs-studio.org/en/index.html) has been around for many years and is really the foundation of modern streaming software. It has evolved over the years from its early functionality, but... Source: over 1 year ago
There are different ways to create channels (console, CLI, SDK) and create playback interfaces (web, native). There are also different ways to broadcast (or “stream”) to your channels (desktop software, mobile apps, web broadcast). I’ll show you how all of these work in future posts, but today let’s get the basics out of the way by just creating a channel and streaming to it. If you’ve never live streamed before,... - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
To record yourself, there's software like OBS or Streamlabs. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
There's websites that provide interactive overlays in OBS. StreamLabs OBS provides close to an all in one solution if you don't want to build your own layouts. Source: almost 2 years ago
OBS is a free and open source software used for Live Streaming. To make this possible, we'll be using OBS's "Browser Source" feature. I use Streamlabs (an abstraction over OBS) however this feature is still available in the vanilla OBS software. - Source: dev.to / almost 2 years ago
Installation of this widget is relatively simple and is often a case of simply copying and pasting some code. Everything is detailed and documented on the Github repository. The widget is available for StreamElements and Streamlabs as a custom widget. Simply copy the appropriate code and replace the code in each of the appropriate fields. Source: almost 2 years ago
What you're looking for is channel alerts. You can get some premade one, or even upload your own pictures/sounds, through streamlabs.com. Then you add them as a browser source through your streaming software of choice. Source: about 2 years ago
