hey, I changed the bitrate to 6000 but when I start the stream, obs changes it to 1500. I have a consistent fiber-connection and I can't find a solution. thynk you for any help : )

Either way, speedtest is perfectly acceptable way to measure bandwidth. In my 15 years of working in I.T. it's been a benchmark standard unless of course you have the knowhow and capability to setup a offsite server that is on no less than a gigabit connection with acceptable latency/ping times and as few hops as possible and then utilizing iPerf or librespeed, maybe even Netbeez.
