Are you talking about device icons, if so, the iOS 15 and older ones aren't available anywhere; but iOS 16 appears to be using SF symbols so the icons can be found in the Home section of the SFSymbols app (https://developer.apple.com/sf-symbols/). Source: about 3 years ago
