Recently when I click on my bookmark for Airbnb hosting in any browser - it launches a second tab to priceline.com. Is there a way to stop this that I am just to much of a luddite to grasp? Source: 6 months ago
Definitely browse through flights using a 3rd party like booking.com or priceline.com, but buy your tickets directly from the airline. You never can be sure what the 3rd party ticket includes and you may be denied a refund or hotel room for a canceled/detoured flight if you book via 3rd party. Source: 11 months ago
My friend would like to stay at Great Wolf Lodge in Anaheim for a night, and she asked about 3rd party companies for booking a room. I'm only familiar with booking.com and priceline.com, but they say that the Great Wolf Lodge isn't accepting reservations through them. I did a Google search, and it listed a bunch of 3rd party companies. I recognized a few of them like Expedia, Travelocity, and Orbitz. I read... Source: 11 months ago
I don't know about Canada but my go to websites are choicehotels.com (join their free points membership - it's awesome and keep your eyes open for promos), hotels.com, and priceline.com. Source: about 1 year ago
I am in Florida. Are you over 21? If not, you cannot buy alcohol. Do not use drugs in Florida. If you get caught, you will spend time in jail. Tip meals 15% - 20%. You can tip other people too but a few bucks is usually sufficient for taxi's, uber, bellmen, etc. There is a lot traffic and uber/taxi's are expensive. Public transport sucks too. Better to drive if you can, rent a car at the airport. ... Source: about 1 year ago
I saw a vid on youtube, dude based his whole delivery/hauling business on renting box trucks. He gets a better rate through priceline.com vs working with the rental companies directly. Source: about 1 year ago
I usually purchase flights from priceline.com but I check on momondo.com to compare which dates would be the cheapest. I have now signed up with Qantas as I'll be flying with them and getting points is always good too if you'll be travelling often~. Source: over 1 year ago
I often see people comparing the Hyatt hotel rate of $400 a night and thinking they got a great deal, but then I look on priceline.com or similar and see I can book a room for $115. Source: over 1 year ago
I used to work in this area. Lesson #1 and I saw it a lot - try to book directly through the brand or the hotel instead of Booking.com, priceline.com, etc. All those online places. Source: over 1 year ago

Hi. I got a reservation at priceline.com 10 days for 600 bucks. I think thats the best I could get. Source: over 1 year ago
A plane ticket can be very expensive (especially if you don't schedule your flight long in advance), and many people find air travel uncomfortable and the security to be highly invasive. A quick check of priceline.com for a round-trip plane ticket from NYC to Los Angeles, leaving on Monday and returning the next Monday, is $608 per person for economy-class seating. I would suggest that you just search priceline.com what is available. I always sort price low-to-high and scroll down until I find a hotel that I like. Dont forget they will add a "resort fee" to the official price so it is not as cheap as it looks, but almost all large hotels located by the strip kick ass. I think Priceline lets you see different room types as well, so that way you can pick a room with a strip... Source: almost 2 years ago
Literally just had to find a room for my son. Ended up using priceline.com and booked him the Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill. Best deal I could find, for a double room, without having to go to South Bay in Dorchester. Source: almost 2 years ago
I personally would book things separately (like book flights on whatever airline has the best price/travel time, book hotel on booking.com or priceline.com or something similar, book a rental car through the rental company), but I've never used Travelocity to book a whole trip as one package so I don't actually know if that ends up saving money or how much it saves you. How far away from the Warfield do you want to be? It's situated in a very rough part of town. Please search this subreddit or look at Tripadvisor for real world reviews of lodging in the city. You might get lucky on Priceline's Name Your Price option. Source: about 2 years ago
I have used priceline.com a lot and I was able to find some good deals traveling to France in Europe. As said below, sometimes it is better to check with the airline directly for last minute opportunities they may have. Source: about 2 years ago

True, with the exception of if you use a third party booking site i.e. hotels.com priceline.com booking.com. Once you make a reservation through any of these online sites, everything pertaining to your reservation must go back through that site, this includes cancellations. Source: over 2 years ago
In 2017 some people died in plane crashes, but none of them were on normal passenger airlines, they were on other types of planes like cargo freight planes, military planes, or private planes that average consumers don't even have access to. Every single last flight in 2017 that William Shatner sold a ticket to on priceline.com ended up landing safely. Source: over 2 years ago
