  • Best "buy the software, not the subscription/license" photo-editor for older mac?
I'd recommend Photoworks, it doesn't follow the subscription model and they have a Mac version. Source: about 1 year ago
  • What's a piece of pc software you think everyone should try?
Depends on your needs, but there are plenty of programs that are just like the most sphosticated ones but in the beginner friendly way. Photoworks is great for photo editing, Clipify is a good video making program, Photoglory rocks at photo colorization and also there are calendar making apps that are super handy and basically let you design your own thing (good for making gifts as well). Source: about 1 year ago
  • what is a good mememaking software/app ?
Aside from Photoshop, Photoworks is also quite good for face swapping or adding stickers on PC, and PicsArt is great on mobile. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Help with finding Editing Software with Commercial Use Licenses
You can try Photoworks, it's a one-time buy photo editor that does the most of what Photoshop does, but their interface is simpler and more beginner friendly. Source: over 1 year ago
  • A simple image editor that just works
Try Photoworks, it's an ai-powered photo editor that has background removal and shaprening tools. Doesn't have the vector converting function, though, but it does the editing okay. Source: over 1 year ago
  • what is a good photo editing software for cheap/free?
Photopea is an online photo editor that has all the general functions and the interface that's is way less clumsy than GIMP's (been mentioned here already, it's also free but I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner). Another good photo software for PC is Photoworks, it's paid but the price is much more reasonable than Adobe subscription. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Canva and photoshop which is the user-friendly ?
I think both are? It depends on your personal preference and probably level of skills. Imo programs like Canva and others (think Photoworks or Affinity Photo) are very much Photoshop-like but in a beginner-friendly way. Source: over 1 year ago
  • What are the best adobe photoshop alternatives?
Gimp and Photoworks as regular photo editors for PC. Photodiva for portrait editing. (this one is also free like Gimp) Photoglory if you need to colorize old photos / fix damaged pictures. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Adobe software is super expensive! What photo editing programs do you like to use and where do you find them?
I use Photoworks, it is a picture editor for PC that's much easier than Photoshop imo, and also work with Photoglory a lot, it's a photo restoratin software that I use for my work purposes, it's really good at colorizing and generally fixing old damaged photos. Idk where I've found them, maybe some list of 'X best programs for doing Y' mentioned them or something. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Looking for a simple photo editor for Windows tablet
I think most of the programs would have even more added functionality than Paint, so not really sure what would be a good option here. Normally Id recommend something like Photoworks, which is in fact an image editor for PC, but you can do all the cropping and add text or watermarks in there easily. Source: almost 2 years ago
