Adobe software is super expensive! What photo editing programs do you like to use and where do you find them?

PhotoWorks

I use Photoworks, it is a picture editor for PC that's much easier than Photoshop imo, and also work with Photoglory a lot, it's a photo restoratin software that I use for my work purposes, it's really good at colorizing and generally fixing old damaged photos. Idk where I've found them, maybe some list of 'X best programs for doing Y' mentioned them or something.
