MXroute and Migadu offer a type of email hosting where you pick a price tier based on the amount of emails and storage used, not on the number of users. As long as you stay within the tier you can have unlimited mailboxes, with your own domains, you can set up aliases, forwarding, webmail etc. Source: 8 months ago
I'm starting with Mailbox, although people talk wonders about Migadu. Source: 11 months ago
Can’t speak for those panels, but Migadu might work for your emails, if like me, you keep a few clients around after winding down. Source: 11 months ago
I quite like https://migadu.com mainly for its very easy to understand pricing system, when you have 5+ domains and domain aliases gmail becomes very very expensive and that’s before adding all the seats. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
If you don't rely too much on the security part and as you said have not much mail traffic, I can highly recommend looking into migadu. They have a very cheap plan with multiple domains and accounts and such but do limit the mail traffic. Source: over 1 year ago
I've been using https://migadu.com for some time and it works fine (also underwent a Gmail->Migadu migration using imapsync). - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
Consider migadu.com if you don't need all the bells & whistles. Source: about 2 years ago
I'm with migadu.com for my various personal domains. Source: about 2 years ago
For the email management, I ended up going with Migadu after using the free trial for a little while. It isn't free, but they have a tier that is only $19 per year. I wanted to this to make a bunch of family email accounts including a shared account that had individual logons. If you only need one email address, you can probably find a registrar that includes one. Source: about 2 years ago
It's also pretty cheap (specially if you're a student). https://migadu.com. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
Use an email hoster that allows you to have a "catch all" address, and your own domain name. Then you have the same functionality. And, you can move to a different hoster, without having to change any addresses already in use, whenever you want. I use migadu.com . Source: about 2 years ago
For anyone seeking a nice alternative to gmail and not so pricey I recommend Migadu: https://migadu.com. I used them til this month as I moved to iCloud+ Mail with custom domains for convenience. Yet I really recommend Migadu to everyone! :). - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
Cloudflare is preparing some email forwarding service, but it's still in closed beta. If you have many domains, but not that much outgoing mails, I can recommend migadu.com (not free, but it's just $19 per year). Source: over 2 years ago
I can recommend http://migadu.com/, very reliable and great pricing, especially if you maybe have multiple domains you want to supply with custom mailservers. Source: over 2 years ago
You can always buy your own domain and sign up for migadu.com. It does require some technical knowledge, but migadu has a walkthrough to help you through the process. Also their customer support will also help you set up your domain properly too if you need them (supposedly - the walkthroughs were good enough for me, so I never tried out their customer support myself). Migadu.com is also another great mailhost. $20 (micro) a year for multiple domains, though there are daily limits to incoming/outgoing - https://www.migadu.com/pricing/. I haven't run across any issues so far with them. Source: over 2 years ago
Migadu http://migadu.com/ Super nice people, when you email them for support they're fast and thorough. Their founders are/have been active on here, and they're currently investing in foss projects by hiring sourcehut.org (Simon Ser and Drew DeVault) to build a new web mail built on modern Go libraries https://git.sr.ht/~migadu/alps. They've got a list of pros/cons here https://www.migadu.com/procon/ I'll shill... - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
You may check out migadu.com - they have a Micro plan - $19 a year unlimited mailboxes, if the limits are ok for you. Their next plan is cheaper than Microsoft which you stated at $5 per month. Source: almost 3 years ago
