Mailcheap

I haven't actually used it, but as a long-time self-hoster I do keep an eye out for some place to migrate should something happen, and the one I've eyed is https://mailcheap.co. I haven't found any meaningful negative reviews online and they are by far the lowest price. They primarily use OVH I think in France, it's stated somewhere on their site.
