I've been trying to get some friends on streaming, but the desktop requirements are kind of high for playing games and streaming. So this has been a good tool for getting it all in the cloud and not having to do any hardware setup or downloads. It just works.

Melon is a separate, browser-based streaming solution made by Streamlabs that includes Streamlabs Alert integration. It's easier to use than desktop streaming software but has different use-cases. If you're looking to stream something resource-intensive (like high fidelity games), you're better off performance-wise using desktop streaming software.
