   Gumlet is a wonderful little tool that I use for optimising your images and thus your website loading speeds. We use it for our work (and client projects) and it works very well!

   Pros: - Inbuilt CDN - Easy integration with Wordpress - on-the-fly image manipulation is awesome - Supports CNAME now!

   Cons: - Missing some smart (AI-like) image manipulation features that Cloudinary has like Smart/Face-cropping for example. Would love to have those!

   A tool for image optimization in WordPress

   Gumlet is a great CDN provider for images. The WordPress plugin is easy to set up and works right out of the box. I deliver my images without using CSS so it generates the images on the fly at the right size needed for the device.

   Gumlet is a good alternative to using Cloudimage for fast delivery of images over a CDN. Based on my tests with a WordPress website, Gumlet has the best performance speed compared to CloudImage. With the specially provided WordPress plugin, Gumlet is also very fast to set up in WordPress.

   Gumlet a good static CDN

   I good alternative to using Cloudflare or Stackpath for serving static assets like CSS or JS files. Based on my tests Gumlet has the best performance speed as compared to ShortPixel or CloudImage although its compression could be better compared to ShorPixel. I personally enjoy using this to service CSS and JS files

   Very easy to implement tool that will optimize images and show resized / optimal version on each device and this way improve loading speed and therefore SEO and conversion rates. Smaller images om mobile, WebP where possible and even HiDPI if the device can handle it.

    Image optimization with CDN

    Minimal configuration needed after installation on wordpress. Lazy-loading out of the box, and have option to enable webp format. Must get the CNAME option, otherwise adblock will not display your images. Sometimes the images will load slow, not sure if it's the CDN or my pc.

    Gumlet is a game changer!

    Gumlet has been one the best website related investments so far for me. It saves me money on hosting costs and the overall experience so far has been great. My website speed and user experience has improved thanks to it.

    👍 Pros:    Gumlet stands out from other solutions in terms of speed and simplicity. some other pluses are the cdn ssl certificate option that was just announced will be a game changer for me, they also optimize javascripts not only images.

    👎 Cons:    On the minus side there is not very much to say, honestly. customer service could be a bit faster, hopefully they will get better at it while they mature as a company, other than that everything is awesome overall.

    Great CDN, but no html caching

    At the very first after installing plugin my site got broke. Contacted support team (chat), they created a ticket and got revert after 7 days, but till that time I already found the what was the issue. No doubt AWS Cloudfront CDN is awesome at an affordable price, but support is not as good as CDN service 🙁

    Good Support

    We been using Gumlet for some of our internal sites and love it. Its simple to use and their customer support is awesome. We ran in to some issues but their support send us a clear instructions with screenshots on how to fix it in Elementor so that certain image files is processed by Gumlet. Page speed score increased further more..Nice.

    I like it. Pros: Constantly improving and good customer service Cons: Possible to connect only gumlet cdn and cloudfront. there is not an easy way to connect others cdn providers. Price is higher compared to other cdn like bunnycdn. But here you get an all in one solution to automatically optimize images plus you get 1 GB Bandwidth for free. So if you have a low traffic site you can potentially use the service for free.

    Fast CDN, serves scaled images, easy to use

    I'm slowly moving all my websites to Gumlet. I've ran some comparison tests and it had the fastest CDN, which is why I decided to continue with Gumlet. In terms of image compression Gumlet performed slightly worse than ShortPixel, but the CDN was much faster so it made up for it.

    In addition, Gumlet can also serve CSS and JS files, so I have no need for a regular CDN anymore.

    Great product that delivered what it promised and with speed and ease.

    We were looking for solutions to help us with delivery of different image sizes, auto webp support and a CDN to help reduce client load time file management. WE did research before and read about different options including Gumlet but we were skeptical that we would be able to find a suitable solution that did all three. We were wrong, as Gumlet delivered just that... and with minimal setup on our part.

    Excellent Service to Optimize images

    Gumlet have helped us to delivery different image sizes, auto webp support and serve through CDN which help reduce client load time a lot. Another feature we love is all optimized images are hosted within Gumlet and they cached those images for us, we just host the master image which help us reduce our AWS S3 budget drastically.

    Best value / price service

    Before choosing Gumlet, i did try a few more services, and by comparing them, i think that Gumlet is one of the best image optimization service. Comparing the benefits / value correlation, i think at the moment they offer a lot of features in exchange for a small price. I have to mention that i was lucky enough to get a Gumlet LTD plan when they offered it.

    Gumlet does what it says and more

    Gumlet provides image resizing/transformation, as expected, but also so much more such as cdn image delivery via cloud front, and site file delivery too.

    Great for SEO and fast image loading

    I wanted to make my website as fast as I could for user experience. A lot of my site's images are high resolution and users view the site frequently on mobile as well as desktop screens. Gumlet not only optimizes images for the viewer's device but also loads the images fast. Highly recommend!

    Namaste,

    Images were making my websites slow, so been searching for Image Compression app. I used to compress images with TinyJPG, manually convert images from PNG to JPG to reduce the image size, Crop/resize the images according to the theme and what not to improve the website performance.

    It was working not bad (as no CDN – extra cost) and Trust me it is tiring as well as time consuming.

    I've been using Gumlet on many websites for the past 6+ months. While there are sometimes small issues, support has always fixed things and it generally works very well with most configurations out of the box, with optimization happening automatically. Great service, great team.

    Good service!

    I like how Gumlet team has been working hard to improve the tool since its launch. It used to have quite a few bugs, especially if you were using Elementor. But once the team got to know of the issues, they have introduced frequent updates to fix the bug.

    Nice API

    It works and I like the concept of lazy load combined with exactly the size needed. I also like the many API-parameters you can use to size, crop, watermark, color-manipulate, ... the image.

    The CDN worked reliable and fast as they used the Amazon CDN, but I have concerns about the future, as they switch now to their own CDN, which has only some nodes. But time will tell. The rather new WordPress-Plugin needs still some work, but it's going into the right direction.

    The service is easy to use and for it's complexity there is enough documentation too. It's a well thought through service which is new but in it's core already pretty matured.

    Don't regret Picking it up

    I picked this up on LTD and glad I did I use it on a couple of my main money sites and it has helped me to get some good CDN speed.

    I can’t comment on support as I haven’t had to deal with them but so far I am happy with my investment

    Very easy to integrate with AWS S3

    Gumlet is an easy to use and easy to setup tool to deliver optimized images. The feature I like most is the ability to modify images on the fly, e.g. resize and crop to create consistent thumbnails.
